Creamy Vanilla Cake Inspired Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 a zucchini, frozen
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2-3/4 cup milk of choice, or water

Preparation

  1. Slice the banana before freezing it.

  2. Peel and slice the zucchini if desired, then freeze it. Note that not peeling it will make the smoothie greener.

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed or desired.

  5. Top with sprinkles and serve.
