Crêpe Rolls with Blue Spirulina Cream
Ingredients
- 70g gf flour
- 30g protein powder
- 1 egg
- sweetener of choice
- 230ml almond milk
Filling
- 200g vegan yoghurt or low fat cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- stevia
Preparation
Mix the crêpe ingredients to form a smooth batter
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the crêpes until golden on both sides
Combine the filling ingredients to make the blue spirulina cream.
Spread the filling onto each crêpe, roll them up, and serve
