Ingredients
- 70g egg whites
- 1 egg
- 15g buckwheat flour
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 25ml almond milk
- coconut oil
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients
Fry in coconut oil
Serve with yoghurt, berries, peanut butter, and choc shot
