Buckwheat Crepes with Berries and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 70g egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 15g buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 25ml almond milk
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients

  2. Fry in coconut oil

  3. Serve with yoghurt, berries, peanut butter, and choc shot
