White Chocolate Berry Vegan Crepes

Ingredients

  • Half a scoop (10g) Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 60g Buckwheat Flour
  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour and protein powder in a large bowl.

  2. Make a well in the centre and very gradually start adding in milk (60 ml / 1/4 cup at a time) while whisking the whole time.

  3. Whisk well after each addition to ensure that there are no lumps in the batter.

  4. Whisk in the coconut oil, and adjust the amount of milk to ensure the batter is the right consistency – it should be runny, but should coat the back of the spoon.

  5. Fry in batches in more coconut oil.

  6. Top with white chocolate sauce, white chocolate squares, berries, and caramel syrup.
