Simple Vegan Buckwheat Crepes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 30g buckwheat flour
- 1/2 scoop vegan protein (salted caramel flavor)
- 150ml almond milk
- coconut oil for frying
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients.
Fry the mixture in three batches in coconut oil.
Serve with nushfoods yoghurt, topped with sweetfreedomuk choc orange shot and paleofoodsco granola.
Note: This breakfast is relatively low in calories and can be had as a second breakfast.
