Easy Meat-Free Balls with Pantry Staples

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • a dash of soy sauce
  • a dash of oil
  • any dried herbs you want

Preparation

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Roll mixture into balls and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, or use air fryer for 15 minutes.

  3. Once baked, add to a hot pan and fry for around 10 minutes.

  4. Add red pasta sauce, pasta, and spinach.
