Easy Meat-Free Balls with Pantry Staples
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- a dash of soy sauce
- a dash of oil
- any dried herbs you want
Preparation
Process all ingredients in a food processor.
Roll mixture into balls and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, or use air fryer for 15 minutes.
Once baked, add to a hot pan and fry for around 10 minutes.
Add red pasta sauce, pasta, and spinach.
