Fig and Ginger Smoothie with Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 fig
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon almond butter
- Small chunk of fresh ginger
- Half blender cup with vegan probiotic drink
- Half with plant-based milk
- Pumpkin and chia protein powder
Preparation
In a blender cup, put all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
For better gut health, chew on something like cacao nibs, more fig, and banana while consuming the smoothie.
