Fig and Ginger Smoothie with Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon almond butter
  • Small chunk of fresh ginger
  • Half blender cup with vegan probiotic drink
  • Half with plant-based milk
  • Pumpkin and chia protein powder

Preparation

  1. In a blender cup, put all the ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. For better gut health, chew on something like cacao nibs, more fig, and banana while consuming the smoothie.
