Healthy Chili Garlic Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2-Minute Noodles (pre-boiled)
  • Tastemaker Masala packet
  • Oil
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Thinly sliced mushrooms
  • Baby corns
  • Finely chopped spring onions
  • Chopped bell peppers
  • Crushed pepper
  • Soya sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Tomato ketchup

Preparation

  1. Keep the noodles boiled in water ready.

  2. Heat up the pan.

  3. Put some oil in it.

  4. Cook some chopped garlic in the oil.

  5. Add thinly sliced mushrooms and let them cook.

  6. Add baby corn.

  7. Add spring onion and let it cook.

  8. Add bell peppers.

  9. Half-cook the vegetables to give them crunch.

  10. Add crushed pepper.

  11. Add soya sauce and chili sauce.

  12. Add some tomato ketchup for tomato flavor.

  13. Add the pre-boiled noodles.

  14. Add the masala.

  15. Mix everything gently.

  16. Add some onion greens.

  17. Plate the noodles.

  18. Garnish with onion greens.

Tips

  1. Use the tastemaker masala that comes with the noodles and avoid adding extra salt as it already contains salt.
