Homemade Vegan Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Soak cashews in warm water for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Drain well.
Add to a small blender along with water, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Blend until creamy.
Add additional water if you want a thinner dressing.
Pour into small bowl or jar and stir in chopped herbs.
Chill and enjoy.
