Homemade Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews in warm water for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Drain well.

  2. Add to a small blender along with water, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Blend until creamy.

  3. Add additional water if you want a thinner dressing.

  4. Pour into small bowl or jar and stir in chopped herbs.

  5. Chill and enjoy.
