Kale Smoothie with Banana and Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 dl mango
  • 2 dl frozen kale
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp alkalising powder
  • 3 dl oatmilk
  • 2 dates (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
