Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • grated courgette
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • zero calorie chocolate syrup

Preparation

  1. Add grated courgette to the oat mixture for best texture.

  2. Microwave the mixture.

  3. Stir in protein powder after microwaving.
