Amazing Vanilla Maca Zoats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- grated courgette
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- yoghurt
- caramelised blueberries
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine the oats, maca powder, baking powder, and grated courgette in a bowl.
Microwave the mixture until cooked.
Stir in the vanilla whey protein after microwaving.
Top with yoghurt, caramelised blueberries, and peanut butter.
Note: Baking powder is key for achieving the best texture.
