Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • grated courgette
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • yoghurt
  • caramelised blueberries
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, maca powder, baking powder, and grated courgette in a bowl.

  2. Microwave the mixture until cooked.

  3. Stir in the vanilla whey protein after microwaving.

  4. Top with yoghurt, caramelised blueberries, and peanut butter.
