Chocolate Lava Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 small very overripe mashed banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp choc shot
  • 150ml boiling water

Preparation

  1. Put oats into a bowl and pour over hot water. Leave to soak for 5 mins.

  2. Meanwhile mash the banana and add to oats along with the cocoa and baking powder.

  3. Line a muffin tray with paper cases.

  4. Pour in mixture and squirt a bit of chocolate sauce in the middle of each muffin or a square of dark chocolate. I used @sweetfreedomuk Choc Shot.

  5. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit or gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.

  6. Eat warm with a handful of @creativenature Gnawbles.
