Chocolate Lava Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 small very overripe mashed banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp choc shot
- 150ml boiling water
Preparation
Put oats into a bowl and pour over hot water. Leave to soak for 5 mins.
Meanwhile mash the banana and add to oats along with the cocoa and baking powder.
Line a muffin tray with paper cases.
Pour in mixture and squirt a bit of chocolate sauce in the middle of each muffin or a square of dark chocolate. I used @sweetfreedomuk Choc Shot.
Bake in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit or gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.
Eat warm with a handful of @creativenature Gnawbles.
