Mint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1 frozen nana
- 1 heaping handful of spinach
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 scoop of plant protein (I used vanilla)
- a little bit of peppermint & mint extract
- a little splash of unsweetened cashew mylk
Toppings
- some cacao nibs
- @susprofoods chocolate mint plant protein bar
- rice puffs
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Top with cacao nibs, which can be blended in after everything is combined, chocolate mint plant protein bar, and rice puffs.
