Quick Instant Watermelon Rind Dosa Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup idly rava or sooji
- 1 cup soaked poha
- 1 cup roughly chopped watermelon rind
- Salt or baking soda to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
Blend all ingredients into a smooth paste by adding a little water.
Transfer to a bowl, add salt or baking soda and water to make a smooth and thick batter.
Pour the batter onto a hot tawa like a uttappam, cover and cook on medium flame on both sides.
Serve hot with allam pachadi.
Tips
Top with any vegetables or potato masala of your choice.
Using idly rava makes it super crispy; sooji might make it softer.
This recipe is quick, healthy, and delicious with no fermentation needed.
