Quick Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 2 dl flour
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder.
Add the oatmilk and mashed banana to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary.
Pour portions of the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
