This One Is Refined Sugar Free and Full of Antioxidants from the Raw Cacao
Ingredients
- 2 cups of hazelnuts (380g)
- 3 tbsps of maple syrup
- 3 tbsp of raw cacao powder
Preparation
Roast the hazelnuts for 10 mins at 180c
When they have cooled, add them to a food processor until they have formed a runny nut butter (this always takes longer than you think
Be patient! And use a low speed or you’ll be constantly scraping the sides)
Once the butter is formed, add the maple syrup and cacao
Add a splash of almond milk if the mixture gets too sticky
Store in an airtight jar for a week
