This One Is Refined Sugar Free and Full of Antioxidants from the Raw Cacao

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of hazelnuts (380g)
  • 3 tbsps of maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp of raw cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Roast the hazelnuts for 10 mins at 180c

  2. When they have cooled, add them to a food processor until they have formed a runny nut butter (this always takes longer than you think

  3. Be patient! And use a low speed or you’ll be constantly scraping the sides)

  4. Once the butter is formed, add the maple syrup and cacao

  5. Add a splash of almond milk if the mixture gets too sticky

  6. Store in an airtight jar for a week
