Vegan Chicken Tikka with Rice and Onion Bhaji
Ingredients
- Aldi's no chicken tikka pieces
- red onion
- chopped fresh tomatoes
- peas
- garlic
- turmeric
- garam masala
- brown rice
- red chilli
- flaked almonds
- fresh coriander
- soya yoghurt
Preparation
Cook brown rice according to package instructions
In a pan, sauté red onion, garlic, turmeric, and garam masala until fragrant
Add Aldi's no chicken tikka pieces, chopped tomatoes, and peas; cook until heated through
Prepare Aldi's onion bhaji as per package directions or heat if pre-made
Serve the tikka mixture over brown rice, topped with red chilli, flaked almonds, fresh coriander, and soya yoghurt
