Vegan Chicken Tikka with Rice and Onion Bhaji

Ingredients

  • Aldi's no chicken tikka pieces
  • red onion
  • chopped fresh tomatoes
  • peas
  • garlic
  • turmeric
  • garam masala
  • brown rice
  • red chilli
  • flaked almonds
  • fresh coriander
  • soya yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions

  2. In a pan, sauté red onion, garlic, turmeric, and garam masala until fragrant

  3. Add Aldi's no chicken tikka pieces, chopped tomatoes, and peas; cook until heated through

  4. Prepare Aldi's onion bhaji as per package directions or heat if pre-made

  5. Serve the tikka mixture over brown rice, topped with red chilli, flaked almonds, fresh coriander, and soya yoghurt
