Vegan Chicken and Broccoli Korma Meal

Saag aloo components
- new potatoes

Preparation
Boil the new potatoes until tender.
In a pan, sauté garlic, tomato, turmeric, and garam masala.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, then combine with the boiled potatoes to prepare saag aloo.
Heat the korma sauce in a separate pan.
Add chicken style strips, Linda McCartney chicken chunks, red onion, garlic, and purple sprouting broccoli.
Cook until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is heated through.
Serve the korma and saag aloo with store-bought chapati, onion bhaji, and vegetable samosa.
Notes
Use store-bought items from Aldi for chapati, samosa, and bhaji, and from Iceland or Asda as specified.
