Vegan Nicecream Smoothie Bowl Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 frozen pear, chopped
- 1 teaspoon blue ocean blend
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup soy milk (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oats (soaked overnight)
Preparation
Soak 2 tablespoons of oats in 1/4 cup of soy milk overnight.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy texture.
Divide the mixture into two portions.
Add 1 teaspoon of blue ocean blend to one of the portions.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy.
