Vegan Nicecream Smoothie Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen pear, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon blue ocean blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup soy milk (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons oats (soaked overnight)

Preparation

  1. Soak 2 tablespoons of oats in 1/4 cup of soy milk overnight.

  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy texture.

  3. Divide the mixture into two portions.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of blue ocean blend to one of the portions.

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy.
