Vegan Oat and Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop Vivolife salted caramel protein powder
  • piece of ginger
  • a bit of cinnamon

Toppings

  • some berries
  • sprinkle of shredded coconut
  • drizzle of Pics peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with soy milk and flax meal.

  2. Blend the cooked mixture with frozen banana, frozen mango, protein powder, ginger, and cinnamon.

  3. Top with berries, shredded coconut, and peanut butter.
