Vegan Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl with Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax or chia
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen orange
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Mix your oats with flax meal and milk and let it sit overnight.
The next day blend it with the rest of the ingredients.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
I served mine with some mandarin, a drizzle of tahini and sprinkle of seeds. So so good.
