Vegan Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tbsp flax or chia
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup cashew yogurt
  • cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the cashew yogurt and cocoa powder, adding hot milk for a creamier consistency

  2. Let it sit overnight

  3. In a mason jar layer oats mixture, cashew yogurt and cocoa powder
