Vegan Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 tbsp flax or chia
- 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup cashew yogurt
- cocoa powder
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together except the cashew yogurt and cocoa powder, adding hot milk for a creamier consistency
Let it sit overnight
In a mason jar layer oats mixture, cashew yogurt and cocoa powder
