Vegan Berry Protein Overnight Oats Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup soy milk
  • frozen banana
  • frozen blueberries
  • vanilla protein powder
  • strawberries
  • cashew butter
  • seeds
  • cornflakes

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats and chia seeds in soy milk overnight.

  2. Blend the soaked mixture with frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and vanilla protein powder.
