Vegan Berry Protein Overnight Oats Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2/3 cup soy milk
- frozen banana
- frozen blueberries
- vanilla protein powder
- strawberries
- cashew butter
- seeds
- cornflakes
Preparation
Soak the oats and chia seeds in soy milk overnight.
Blend the soaked mixture with frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and vanilla protein powder.
Top the blend with strawberries, a drizzle of cashew butter, and a sprinkle of seeds and cornflakes.
