Vegan Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls
Ingredients
Spring roll fillings
- mango
- avocado
- glass noodles
- cucumber
- red pepper
Pb sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2-1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 0.5 dl hot water
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl until the sauce is smooth.
Dip your spring rolls and enjoy!
