Banana Candy Bars

Ingredients

  • Slice a few bananas in half and then in half again (1 banana into four pieces)
  • Layer with Pb and chopped nuts in between the two slices of banana
  • Line a plate with parchment paper so the banana don’t stick and place them on it
  • Put in the freezer for an hour
  • Then melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • dip the bananas in the chocolate
  • Sprinkle with chopped cashews
  • Put back in the freezer for about 2 hours to harden the chocolate
  • Store in the freezer
