Ingredients
- Slice a few bananas in half and then in half again (1 banana into four pieces)
- Layer with Pb and chopped nuts in between the two slices of banana
- Line a plate with parchment paper so the banana don’t stick and place them on it
- Put in the freezer for an hour
- Then melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- dip the bananas in the chocolate
- Sprinkle with chopped cashews
- Put back in the freezer for about 2 hours to harden the chocolate
- Store in the freezer
