Banana Candy Bars Healthy Treat Alternative

Ingredients

  • a few bananas
  • peanut butter
  • chopped nuts
  • parchment paper
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • chopped cashews

Preparation

  1. Slice a few bananas in half and then in half again (1 banana into four pieces).

  2. Layer with peanut butter and chopped nuts in between the two slices of banana.

  3. Line a plate with parchment paper so the banana don’t stick and place them on it.

  4. Put in the freezer for an hour.

  5. Then melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil.

  6. Dip the bananas in the chocolate.

  7. Sprinkle with chopped cashews.

  8. Put back in the freezer for about 2 hours to harden the chocolate.

  9. Store in the freezer!
