Banana Candy Bars Healthy Treat Alternative
Ingredients
- a few bananas
- peanut butter
- chopped nuts
- parchment paper
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- chopped cashews
Preparation
Slice a few bananas in half and then in half again (1 banana into four pieces).
Layer with peanut butter and chopped nuts in between the two slices of banana.
Line a plate with parchment paper so the banana don’t stick and place them on it.
Put in the freezer for an hour.
Then melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil.
Dip the bananas in the chocolate.
Sprinkle with chopped cashews.
Put back in the freezer for about 2 hours to harden the chocolate.
Store in the freezer!
