Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana sliced
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ?
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and place on stove top over low to medium heat
Allow mixture to come to a simmer and stir slowly as it thickens, about 3 minutes
Serve as desired
