Easy Homemade Hummus with Tahini and Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 2 heaped tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, starting with about 1/8 cup water and adding more until the desired consistency is reached.
Note: Sometimes the olive oil can be omitted, depending on preference.
