tabouleh

Ingredients

  • 150g bulgur⁣
  • 450ml vegetable broth ⁣
  • 2 handful parsley⁣
  • 1 handful mint⁣
  • 1 cucumber⁣
  • 3 tomatoes⁣
  • 1 red onion⁣
  • juice of 1 lemon⁣
  • 5tb olive oil⁣
  • Salt
  • pepper⁣

Preparation

  1. Cook the bulgur in the vegetable broth for about 7 minutes⁣

  2. Keep stirring it in between and add a bit more water if needed ⁣

  3. Let it cool down and rinse in cold water⁣

  4. Chop the cucumber, onion and tomatoes in tiny pieces⁣

  5. Chop parsley and mint in really small pieces⁣

  6. Mix with the bulgur⁣

  7. Mix in lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil⁣
