Healthy Feijoa Smoothie Breakfast with Superfoods
Ingredients
- 3 feijoas
- few leaves of kale
- pineapple pieces
- handful of spinach
- 1 kiwifruit
- coconut water
- organic probiotic yogurt
- some blueberries
- rolled oats
- few chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed powder
- 1/2 tsp matcha
Preparation
Soak a few chia seeds in coconut water.
Mix 3 feijoas, few leaves of kale, pineapple pieces, handful of spinach, 1 kiwifruit, organic probiotic yogurt, some blueberries, rolled oats, 1 tsp flaxseed powder, and 1/2 tsp matcha together.
Blend until smooth to make the smoothie.
This is super fast and easy to make, and it's ready to enjoy.
