Okami High Protein French Toasts
Ingredients
- 250 ml almond milk or another type.
- 2 tbsp maple syrup.
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
- 1/4 tsp vainila extract. ??toppings
Preparation
Whisk milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract together in a baking dish until well-combined
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a bit of coconut oil
Dip the bread in the milk mixture, evenly coating both sides
Shake off any excess mixture
Cook for 3 minutes on each side until light browned
Serve the french toasts with kiwi and strawberries
Drizzle with maple syrup to taste
