Okami High Protein French Toasts

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk or another type.
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup.
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
  • 1/4 tsp vainila extract. ??toppings

Preparation

  1. Whisk milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract together in a baking dish until well-combined

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a bit of coconut oil

  3. Dip the bread in the milk mixture, evenly coating both sides

  4. Shake off any excess mixture

  5. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until light browned

  6. Serve the french toasts with kiwi and strawberries

  7. Drizzle with maple syrup to taste
