Bisibelebath/sambar Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- veggies
- Mango
- green peas
- capsicum
Preparation
Step 1:- 1 cup of rice and toor dal soak for 30 mins
Step 2:- Roughly chop veggies of your choice I used carrots, potatoes, drumstick, Tomato, Mango, green peas & capsicum Step 3:- Start boiling the soaked rice and dal once it starts boiling add veggies and cover n cook for atleast 45mins or until it's Mashy
Step 4:- Give simple tadka with cumin seeds, mustard seeds, peanuts, Onions,green chillies, red chillies and add 2 tbs of bisibelebath masala powder (I will share the powder recipe in another veido)
Step 5:- Add the tadka to boiled rice that's all bisibele bath is ready. A healthy and nutrion balanced meal for vegetarians
