Quick Chickpea Masala Naan Burger
Ingredients
Naan burger
- Chickpea Masala burgers
- Naan rounds
- Pickled red onion
- Heirloom tomatoes
- Fresh parsley
Raita
- 1/2 cup dairy-free plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Persian cucumber
Preparation
Add all raita ingredients except cucumber to a bowl and mix to combine, then add cucumber and fold in, and refrigerate until needed.
Preheat a nonstick pan or grill with a light amount of oil over medium-high heat, then cook the burger on each side for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
Toast the naan rounds, add raita followed by fresh parsley, the burger, heirloom tomato, and pickled onion, then serve and enjoy.

This burger uses pre-made Chickpea Masala patties and is ready in 10 minutes with 9g of plant protein per patty.
