Homemade Olive Pineapple Jalapeno Pizza without Yeast

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • diced tomato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped cilantro

Toppings

  • mozzarella cheese
  • olives
  • pineapple
  • jalapeno

Preparation

  1. Combine the dough ingredients to make a soft dough.

  2. For the marinara sauce, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pot, add diced tomato, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro, simmer for another 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it cool.

  3. Preheat the oven.

  4. Divide the dough into small portions, roll each into disc shapes, and transfer to a pizza pan.

  5. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough base.

  6. Add mozzarella cheese and toppings such as olives, pineapple, and jalapeno.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
