Homemade Olive Pineapple Jalapeno Pizza without Yeast
Ingredients
Dough
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- salt
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- diced tomato
- salt
- pepper
- chopped cilantro
Toppings
- mozzarella cheese
- olives
- pineapple
- jalapeno
Preparation
Combine the dough ingredients to make a soft dough.
For the marinara sauce, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pot, add diced tomato, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro, simmer for another 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it cool.
Preheat the oven.
Divide the dough into small portions, roll each into disc shapes, and transfer to a pizza pan.
Spread the marinara sauce over the dough base.
Add mozzarella cheese and toppings such as olives, pineapple, and jalapeno.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
