Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped carrots
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small shallot, chopped
  • 1 tbsp @clearspringafrica white miso
  • 2 tbsp @ohmega_nutbutters tahini
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C and line a baking tray with parchment paper

  2. Toss the carrots and shallot in olive oil and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until the carrots are golden

  3. Allow to cool and place in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients process until smooth
