Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry white rice
- 1/2 cup short grain brown rice
- 2 cups water
- nori sheets
- baked tofu
- shredded carrots
- avocado
- baked kale
Preparation
Cook 1/2 cup dry white rice and 1/2 cup short grain brown rice with 2 cups water in a rice cooker.
Roll the nori and rice around baked tofu, shredded carrots, avocado, and baked kale.
