Veggie Dumplings and Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 liter / 34 oz vegetable stock⠀
  • 2 garlic cloves minced⠀
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced⠀
  • 2 tbsp sesame or vegetable oil⠀
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar⠀
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce⠀
  • handfull chopped mushrooms⠀
  • 1 stick scallion⠀
  • ramen noodles ⠀

Preparation

  1. Saute garlic and ginger for 2-3 mins

  2. Then add soy sauce, rice vinegar and veggie stock

  3. Put on a lid and bring it to a simmer

  4. Cook ramen noodles until done

  5. Add mushrooms, scallion, ramen and veggie dumplings

  6. Enjoy!
