Veggie Dumplings and Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 liter / 34 oz vegetable stock⠀
- 2 garlic cloves minced⠀
- 1 tbsp ginger minced⠀
- 2 tbsp sesame or vegetable oil⠀
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar⠀
- 3 tbsp soy sauce⠀
- handfull chopped mushrooms⠀
- 1 stick scallion⠀
- ramen noodles ⠀
Preparation
Saute garlic and ginger for 2-3 mins
Then add soy sauce, rice vinegar and veggie stock
Put on a lid and bring it to a simmer
Cook ramen noodles until done
Add mushrooms, scallion, ramen and veggie dumplings
Enjoy!
