Kimchi Tofu Stew Ramen
Ingredients
- Mike's Mighty Good vegetarian kimchi ramen
- Gochujang (a little less)
- Soy sauce
- Soft-boiled egg
- Frozen corn
- Green onion
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions
Prepare the broth using the ramen packet, adding a little less gochujang and soy sauce
Soft-boil an egg
Defrost frozen corn
Slice green onion
Assemble the dish by placing the cooked noodles in a bowl, pour the broth over them, and top with the soft-boiled egg, defrosted corn, sliced green onion, and sesame seeds
