Kimchi Tofu Stew Ramen

Ingredients

  • Mike's Mighty Good vegetarian kimchi ramen
  • Gochujang (a little less)
  • Soy sauce
  • Soft-boiled egg
  • Frozen corn
  • Green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions

  2. Prepare the broth using the ramen packet, adding a little less gochujang and soy sauce

  3. Soft-boil an egg

  4. Defrost frozen corn

  5. Slice green onion

  6. Assemble the dish by placing the cooked noodles in a bowl, pour the broth over them, and top with the soft-boiled egg, defrosted corn, sliced green onion, and sesame seeds

Notes
