Fragrant Spiced Pork Kebab with a Twist
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork cubed
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (for spicy heat)
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and garlic powder. If desired, add cayenne pepper for spiciness. Mix to form a marinade paste.
Add the pork cubes to the marinade and use your hands to massage the marinade into the pork. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Skewer the marinated pork onto metal skewers.
Cook the skewered pork over preheated coals for about 20 minutes, or you can also cook them in the oven or under the grill.
