Breakfast Burrito Flavors
Ingredients
- 16 oz @housefoodsamerica firm tofu
- 1 tbl @misomaster mellow miso
- 2 tbl nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup hot water
Preparation
Crumble your tofu into a hot non-stick pan
Cook while stirring so that it doesn't stick
Mix together the rest of the ingredients
Our over the tofu after it's cooked for about 5-10 min
You could also add in chopped onions, diced carrots, peppers, kale, etc
Wrap it in your tortilla of choice and eat
