Breakfast Burrito Flavors

Ingredients

  • 16 oz @housefoodsamerica firm tofu
  • 1 tbl @misomaster mellow miso
  • 2 tbl nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Preparation

  1. Crumble your tofu into a hot non-stick pan

  2. Cook while stirring so that it doesn't stick

  3. Mix together the rest of the ingredients

  4. Our over the tofu after it's cooked for about 5-10 min

  5. You could also add in chopped onions, diced carrots, peppers, kale, etc

  6. Wrap it in your tortilla of choice and eat
