Spiced Tofu Scramble Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
- 16 ounces firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon mellow miso
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup hot water
Optional additions
- chopped onions
- diced carrots
- peppers
- kale
- Sriracha
Preparation
Crumble the tofu into a hot non-stick pan and cook while stirring to prevent sticking.
Mix together the miso, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, liquid smoke, and hot water.
Pour the mixture over the tofu after it has cooked for about 5-10 minutes.
Optionally, add chopped onions, diced carrots, peppers, kale, and Sriracha.
Wrap it in a tortilla of choice and eat.
