Chard Tacos with Mango Habanero Salsa
Ingredients
- swiss chard
- 1 carrot
- 1 green squash
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1/3 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tablespoon agave (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- pinch of cumin
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- garlic
- 2 juicy mangos
- habanero to taste
- half a lime
- salt
- agave if too spicy
- 1 avocado
Preparation
Use swiss chard for the raw tortillas.
Add water if needed when blending the salsa.
