Vegan Spicy Mexican Tempeh Tacos
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil of choice
- 2 cups of ground tempeh
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1.5 teaspoons of hot Mexican style chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon of cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon of liquid smoke
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a pan on medium-low heat. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
Serve with our Avocado Basil Dip and some warm tortillas!
