Smokey Fresh Moroccan Style Chickpea Bowl
Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil
- onion
- bell pepper
- a can of rinsed chickpeas
- and a diced carrot
- 1tsp of smoked paprika
- turmeric and garam masala spice
- curly kale
- avocado
- some lemon
- juice and some fresh parsley
- h salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil, cook a diced onion ?, a diced bell pepper, a can of rinsed chickpeas, and a diced carrot ? for 5mins. -
Mix in 1tsp of smoked paprika, turmeric and garam masala spice. Then add a handful of curly kale ?(wash and rinse taking out big stems, and give it a little massage to make it softer) cook for another few mins. ✨
While this is cooking dice an avocado ?, once done put it all in a bowl and squeeze on some lemon ? juice and some fresh parsley ?! Season with salt and pepper to taste
