Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (add more to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp water (i use hot water)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Stick all ingredients into a food processor and blend to a creamy purée

  2. Sprinkle some smoked paprika and olive oil over the top to serve
