Kale Hummus Recipe

  • 240 g cooked chickpeas
  • 40 g kale leaves, finely cut
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 60-80 ml chickpea water
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper & nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high container and blend until creamy

  2. Add more liquid and more salt if necessary

  3. Enjoy with roasted vegetables or on bread
