Kale Hummus Recipe

- 240 g cooked chickpeas
- 40 g kale leaves, finely cut
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 60-80 ml chickpea water
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper & nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high container and blend until creamy
Add more liquid and more salt if necessary
Enjoy with roasted vegetables or on bread
