Oil Free Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400g cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2-3 tsp cumin
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth

  2. Season to taste, add a dash more water if it’s too thick for you
