Quick Homemade Hummus with Fresh Flavors

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (add more to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp water (I use hot water)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a creamy purée is achieved.

  2. Sprinkle smoked paprika and olive oil over the top before serving.
