Quick Homemade Hummus with Fresh Flavors
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (add more to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp water (I use hot water)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a creamy purée is achieved.
Sprinkle smoked paprika and olive oil over the top before serving.
