Vegan Savoury Waffles with Skagenröra and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 100 g vegan butter
  • 5 dl oat milk
  • 4 dl flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Melt the vegan butter.

  2. Add the melted butter to a bowl.

  3. Add oat milk, flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

  4. Sift the flour to ensure there are no lumps.

  5. Stir the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.

  6. Preheat and grease your waffle iron.

  7. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden and crispy.

  8. Remove the cooked waffles from the iron.
